LJAWF ramps up for it sixth and largest event  - This year its FREE admission. Highly regarded as one of the most prestigious art shows on the west coast, the La Jolla Art & Wine Festival delivers more than 150 juried artists, non-stop live entertainment, a gourmet food court, a lively family art center, a huge silent auction, an extensive wine & beer garden, and new this year - an after-hours brew festival.

The Festival is Expanding
Located in the heart of La Jolla Village, the La Jolla Art & Wine Festival is expanding to cover over a half mile on Girard Ave. from Torrey Pines Road to Prospect Ave. Additional parking is available at La Jolla High on Fay Ave. with shuttle service provided by Old Town Trolley. NEW After Hours Brew Festival
New this year is an after-hours event. The LJAWF is teaming up with the BraveCort Foundation to bring a night-life element to the festival. The after-hours event will raise funds for research in the fight against childhood cancer.  This 21+ event will come alive on Saturday night from 8:00 - 11:00 pm and will include over 20 local breweries, wineries, live music and a traditional Bavarian Beer Stein holding contest.

Something for Everyone!
An even bigger Family Art Center takes over Wall Street with an abundance of activities for all ages including a scavenger hunt, car painting, classes, arts activities, live entertainment and more. Enjoy culinary delights from local restaurants in the Gourmet Food Court on Silverado St.  Take in the incredible Live Entertainment with roving circus performers, stilt walkers, dancers and great bands on stages throughout the festival. Bid on exciting Silent Auction items: merchandise, art, fine dining, spa treatments, unique gifts and getaways that include a one week stay for two at Rancho La Puerta, Mexico valued at $9000.
 
Free Event to Benefit Our Schools
All proceeds from the La Jolla Art & Wine Festival benefit local public schools. With support of Wells Fargo and other sponsors, the Festival is FREE to the public. All profits raised benefit underfunded programs such as art, music, science, physical education, technology, and on-site medical care at local public elementary and middle schools. Since launching in 2009, the LJAWF has raised over $338,000.
